Who we are
Barons Court Pharmacy is a community pharmacy at 3 Margravine Gardens, Barons Court, Hammersmith, London W6 8RL. We provide NHS repeat prescription services, same-day pharmacist care for common conditions, travel vaccinations, and in-pharmacy advice for local patients and people across London.
Our team includes registered pharmacists and prescribers who prioritise patient safety, confidentiality and clear communication - whether you visit in person, order NHS repeats, or book a Pharmacy First assessment.
